Tours:

My 2009 France tour is already booking up and I have not even put it up on the site. With the euro-dollar problems I am not sure how many more trips I will do to France. New Orleans: I was in the "Crescent" city in April for a food conference. On my days off I searched for more opportunities to take groups to even better places and to help out the people of this great area. I am thinking of early spring 2009. If you are interested, please let me know as I will need 24 people to make it go.

Los Angeles County Fair
I will again be the Culinary Coordinator for the countries largest county fair in Pomona, CA. September 5th ~ 28th, 2008 Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I will be doing mini-classes in our TV ready kitchen/studio under the grandstands. Nightly we have a culinary contest.

Holland America Cruise Lines:
In conjunction with Food and Wine Magazine I will be doing cooking demonstrations aboard the great 5 star ships!
In November 2008 I will be aboard the MS Rotterdam,  from Florida to San Diego via Panama and Costa Rica.
In April 2009, I will be aboard the MS Volendam for the 14-day Asian Tour. We leave from Singapore to Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and end in Hong Kong China. You can book a sailing directly with HAC. For exact departures you can email me.
