IEveryone says that time flies.. Well it does! It seems like last week I was the Pastry Chef for Disney. And a month ago I was in culinary school. Last May I went to Los Angeles Trade Technical College where I took culinary classes and spoke on the path of careers. Where did I think I would be going and where I have gone. It was very enlightening for me as well as the students. When I rattled down what has been going on the past 30 years I realized that it has gone so fast. I am glad that you are all here to take this trip with me!

We have three tours scheduled. Take a look on the US City Tour page. Also, at this time we have 2 spots left for France.  This is very likely our last year. Are dates are May 15th- 21st, 2011.
