June 17th, 2020: Flourless Raspberry Chocolate Torte and Two Strawberry Dishes /
The berries are ripe and full of flavor this time of year. Here is the recipe for my fantastic torte. Only 4 ingredients and bakes for only 15 minutes. Lots of techniques and the ins and out. Also, An old Hollywood Dessert.. Strawberries Romanoff and then we finish up with Strawberry Ambrosia Salad.

A quick appetizer using your food processor and soup to use up all of your produce in the fridge!

Fresh Green Beans are in the markets and also the farmers markets.. I got two pounds in my produce delivery this past week and decided to make two different dishes. We are ending the week with a spicy shrimp dish and a drink of the week. Shrimp is marinated for 20 minutes in a hot and spicy dressing, then fried quickly. We make a Light Mustard Dill Sauce that we toss over pasta and then a Kettle One Martini
