Friday July 3rd, 2020: ThrowBack to 1998! Grilling on the Pier by George Geary

I have been very fortunate to have been on TV now since 1993, 27 years. I started on Live in LA a local show, then went to ABC’s National The Mike and Maty Show. I first started out doing pastry things (The Worlds Best Cinnamon Rolls (for the pilot) to Pumpkin Custards) Then I received a call from the producer asking if I could do a soup on day.. I learned from Disney that the word “No” is not in your vocabulary. So I did it. then.. Can you do a remote on Grilling? On the Santa Monica Pier? Sure. At the time i knew nothing at all about grilling, but since have learn and am a Certified BBQ Judge. This so was shown on July 4th, we taped it in May.. It was freezing. The crew had to go and get us sweatshirts to keep warm between the taping. In todays show I take you back to 1998 and show you the 5 minute segment and then I create the burgers for you in my home kitchen. Have a Happy 4th of July! And yes.. wardrobe outfitted Mike and I with the same color shirts..
